Job Description
- Follow up on patients affiliated with insurance companies
- Receive secretarial phones for roles and respond to the patient’s consent (operation, catheterization, degree of residence, etc.)
- Liaise with contacts and approvals in receiving communications and approvals
- Record phone approvals in the credit book and on the computer
- Inform the secretariat of the roles and patient accounts with telephone approvals until approval is obtained from the company (same record)
- Entering companies' files on the computer
- Print notifications and put them in their files
- Print the report of the registrations he enters
- Follow up on the day before the companies ’position report
- Requesting medical reports from departments to admit patients to institutions or residence for the patient and writing them on the computer
- Reviewing reports with the medical director in preparation for putting them up in companies
