Job Description
- Full Responsibility for the Daily Production Line Management.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; helping to develop others
- Execute daily Production Plan with high Quality Standard.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks.
- Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
- Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Job Requirements
- High awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices, six sigma, lean tools and statistical process control.
- Working Under Pressure & Patience and Composition.
- Previous experience in Food Processing is a must
- Having a knowledge base of Food safety standards (BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP) is a must
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Logistics.
