Job Description
- The required Candidate will deliver 4 - 16 full days of training starting 13th of June 2021 preparing a group of employees for their promotion exams.
The preparation course will cover:
- Aptitude Assessments
- Personality Types Assessment
- The training material and methodology are provided.
Job Requirements
The Selected Trainers should:
- Have previous experience no less than 3 years in delivering trainings.
- Familiar with Aptitude assessments (Logical, Deductive, Numerical, Critical,…etc.)
- Familiar with Personality trait assessments and models (DISC, Myer-Briggs, PTA,…etc)
- Has Conducted Training in the above topics or similar topics before.
- Management experience is preferable.
- Capable of delivering full day courses for a minimum of 4 days up to 16 days.
- Fluent or Near Fluent English Language proficiency.
