Job Description
- Conducting legal analysis and researching on various legal matters.
- Providing advice on different legal issues.
- Drafting and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and other briefing documents.
- Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses and Scheme (Visa, MC) mandates.
- Conducting legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
- Reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis.
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
- Explain the law and give legal advice.
- Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (English)
- 1 year in consultancy bureau
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
