Job Description
- Manage and update the Organization Charts and reflect any changes that occurr.
- Formulate the job description product and an individual KPI sheet for each job.
- Participate in Performance Management System.
- Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees.
- Implement the performance management system by reviewing the application of the system continuously during the year and follow up on the results with all departments.
- Implement and monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
- Implement the organization's policies and procedures.
- Monitor the execution of the transfer and promotion policies and follow up on the Employees Induction program.
- Perform annual employees' satisfaction survey and perform analysis of the survey output.
- Following up the employees' Suggestions & Complaints System to enhance Employee Engagement.
- Responsible for designing, developing & preparing periodic & annual reports/dashboard to determine the overall trends to the management.
- Ensure systems integration and upgrades when needed by collaborating and communicating with other HR team members.
- Evaluate, analyze, and maintain company Human Resources policies and procedures and create new ones if needed in collaboration with HR heads of functions.
- Develop methods to improve employment policies, process & recommend changes to management.
- Contributes in the employee engagement activities and work on implementing programs that connect employees with business goals in collaboration with different HR functions.

- Excellent presentation 5-8 years of experience in HR field
