Job Description
- Dealing with customers inquiries and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Dealing with all offline suppliers & DMC’s all over the world.
- Dealing with all online Suppliers for the hotels & ticketing.
- Dealing with all airlines & hotels suppliers for issue/reissue/refund procedures.
- Creating tailor packages at different destinations in the world as per client request.
- Coordinating with Sales/marketing team regarding flyer of the package.
- Organizing VIP group requests.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English (Writing & Speaking)
- Experience at least 4 years in tourism (Outbound /Operation/ticketing) preferred in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Geographical Knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Experience for Online suppliers’ systems is a must.
- Full time ticket agent with experience in Amadeus (issue / reissue / refund).
- Applicants must know about ticketing and booking on the GDS reservation system.
- High organized person and good in time management and able to use Google docs.
