Job Description

  • Answer incoming phone calls (from clients or customers etc.) to receive information and questions, or to transfer the call directly to the targeted employee.
  • Receive orders for merchandise or materials and send them to the proper departments to ensure all employees receive required items.
  • Prepare bills and take payments.
  • Schedule space or equipment for meetings, and print daily meeting bookings to maintain an efficient flow of work.
  • Create a log with all corresponding extension numbers for all employees to facilitate the efficient flow of work. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Experience 0-1 year
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, problem solving and attention to details skills.
