Job Description
- Answer incoming phone calls (from clients or customers etc.) to receive information and questions, or to transfer the call directly to the targeted employee.
- Receive orders for merchandise or materials and send them to the proper departments to ensure all employees receive required items.
- Prepare bills and take payments.
- Schedule space or equipment for meetings, and print daily meeting bookings to maintain an efficient flow of work.
- Create a log with all corresponding extension numbers for all employees to facilitate the efficient flow of work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience 0-1 year
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, problem solving and attention to details skills.
