Job Description
- Research and preparation of data of potential customers
- Entering new records and updating existing client and potential client information into our CRM system
- Qualification and classification of data
- Maintenance and updating of data in our CRM system
- Distribution of the prepared data records to the responsible sales teams
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Data Entry Specialist or a similar role
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Independent and result-oriented
- Very good language skills in one of the following (German, French, Polish, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian , Slovenian ,Slovak, Czech ,Hungarian , Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian , Danish , Russian) is a must
- Good English language skills is a must
- Ability to learn and self-motivation
- High level of commitment and precise working methods
- Experience in the preparation of data is an advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
