Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customers calls
- Assist clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information
- Provide information and guidance in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
- Research required information using available resources
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up on Customers' tickets
- Assist customers online via social media channels
- Help customers get the right and suitable products
- Enhance the sales
Job Requirements
- University Graduate is a must
- Excellent Command of English Language is a must
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts basis (Max. time 12:00 am)
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
