Job Description
- Handling maintenance & accident requests among ECU ,benefits and pool cars operation drivers and agencies and maintenance service centers.
- Managing & issuing maintenance & accidents forms and documentation cycle
- Managing maintenance & accidents process on ERP (oracle system).
- Revising & reviewing all maintenance & accidents invoices from agencies & services centers
- Fluency in both spoken & written English
- Full knowledge of Windows and MS Office Applications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor is Degree in Business administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in Cars Maintenance and Fleet Management.
- knowledge ERP system (oracle & SAP)
Handling & recording all maintenance & Accidents databases - Providing all maintenance & accidents reports
- Full knowledge of Windows and MS Office Applications
