Job Description

Main Job Duties: 

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules
  • Assist in branding management and corporate identity and oversee a social media strategy
  • Liaise with Sales & Execution teams to ensure brand consistency and work to improve our brand presence
  • Manage and maintain the organization's website(s)
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly basis
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
  • Work on printed material to supplement online products
  • Write blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
  • Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
  • Carry out all the functions required by the direct manager

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
  • 2-4 years’ Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively—excellent planning and project management skills
  • Passionate learner about trending marketing channels and technologies
  • Naturally sociable, friendly and approachable personality
  • V. Good English
