- Answering Customers' questions on all social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Linkedin,… etc.)
- Gaining insights from community moderation into the Social Media team
- Handle complains, work on solving them and lower escalation record.
- Upload orders on Odoo system in order to activate the order.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Major Marketing, Mass com or Integrated Marketing Communications
- Excellent English writing skills.
