Job Description
We are looking for a female E-tendering engineer to be part of the tendering team for a newly established offshore company. You will manage, overseer and analyze tender documents including pre-qualifications to ensure that tender quality submissions meet the highest possible standards of quality.
Job Description:
- Supervise tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
- Preparing reports about governmental qualification and keeping their records.
- Monitoring the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
- Proceeding and monitoring tendering analysis, procedures, and preparing final analysis reports.
- Preparing technical, financial and time offers for new projects.
- Gathering information regarding the status of ongoing contracts and issue periodical reports.
- Establishing and maintaining an Approved Vendors list and contracts' database.
- Performing other similar duties such as providing administrative assistance to other staff in contract related issues.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years Experience.
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- Very good command of English is a must.
- Very good command of excel ,word and outlook is a must.
- Ability to lead and monitor.
- Excellent time management/organizational skills with the ability to meet important deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Very good knowledge/ experience in Commercial Risk.
