Job Description
- Customer service representative at the NBE Bank in 5th settlement PREMISES AND OCTOBER .
- Solve customer problems through calls.
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Job Requirements
- V.GOOD up to EXCELLENT English is a MUST
- Max age 28
- Cairo residence only (marg , 15th may , kanater are excluded)
- 6 Months experience in one company prefered a telecom industry or hotel industry
- Males only
- Grads Only
- MUST have NO RELATIVES (1st , 2nd , 3rd degree) working in the NBE
- Good communication skills
- Rotational shifts (24 H) , rotational weekends (2 days off)
- 8 working hours , 1 hour break
- Training duration is 2 months (Paid)
- Transportation Provided once login
