Job Description

  • Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, DNS, Mail server.
  • MySQL Database Administration.
  • Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, SMB, DNS, DHCP, NTP.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar relevant degree.
  • Previous working experience as a Linux Administrator for 3+ years, CentOS or Ubuntu.
  • Linux Virtualization/Containers knowledge.
  • Load balancing and High availability experience.
  • Experience installing, configuring such as Apache, Nginx, HAproxy, etc.
  • Experience managing docker containers.
  • Ability to do basic Shell, Perl and Python scripting/automation.
  • Ability to train other team members on the applications, proper procedures, problem isolation.
  • Must be able to perform optimization and performance testing, provide technical support for incident response and reporting and provide on-call support.
  • Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and document all aspects of the of the Linux architecture.
  • Knowledge of Kannel SMS gateway is a plus.
  • Network knowledge, TCP/IP, and routing.
  • RHCSA or Linux+ certification preferred, but not required;
  • Web servers installations and configuration (Apache, Tomcat), basic knowledge
  • Experience with load balancing & high availability.
  • Deep Experience using Mysql/MariaDB.
  • Ability to do basic Shell, Perl, and Python scripting/automation.
  • Network knowledge, TCP/IP, and routing.
