Job Description
- Designing and installing computer networks, connections and cabling.
- Performing troubleshooting to system and identify bottlenecks
- Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance
Job Requirements
- Experience as a network technician or relevant position for at least 3 years
- BA in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware issues
- CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred
- Experience working with Fiber Cables and managed switches and routers
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Customer service-oriented yet professional
