Job Description

  • Supervising and following up for department officials on receipts of items, organizing and arranging them received from warehouses.
  • Follow up and organize the display of models with those responsible for it and the display through the arrangement of models and display methods.
  • Follow up the goods in the branch and receive the delivery permits received for the branch and ensure their quality and numbers, and that they match the exchange permit including the code, price and model number.
  •  Follow up on offers inside competing stores and the most attractive models
  • Review the inventory of items with the administrator.
  • Follow up on seasonal storefront change and provide effective suggestions
  • Follow-up a daily inventory of some items to ensure the safety of the numbers in terms of (type - measurement - colors).
  • Follow-up the completion of the work of daily, weekly and monthly reports showing the sales movement from increase or deviation and make recommendations to achieve the objectives of the branch.
  • Make a monthly report on the workflow in the store, evaluations of sales officials, and offer suggestions for improving the general atmosphere in the branch, as well as customer suggestions.
  • Supervising the preparation of attendance schedules for branch employees
  • Participate in providing effective suggestions (online, offline).
  • Attention to build team spirit and work on developing sales capabilities to ensure quality and good customer service.
  • Follow-up departments and employees and raise the level of service by studying the opinions of customers and knowing their satisfaction with the service and submitting reports.
  • Establishing good relationships with customers, following up on employees' dealings, and solving any problems they face that may harm the good relationship with customers.
  • Follow up on the whole team evaluation process.
  • Training of assistants and team leaders, especially new ones, so that they can understand the nature of your work .

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail field is a must.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • High problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Salary :negotiable+ commission.
  • 8 working hours & 1 days off.
  • Location: Shehab st, Mohandessen, Giza
