Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior  Business Developer to help us expand our clientele and partnerships. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and partnership strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and meetings.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement sales plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
  • Develop sales presentations and participate in meetings with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on submissions and close the business deal.
  • Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, manage, and resolve account issues in cooperation with the operations team.
  • Following up with the clients for revenue collection.
  • Conduct periodical reports to be sent to our clients
  • Conduct monthly quality checks to be communicated to our team to enhance our client's experience.
  • Analyze existing products and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue, and sustain or grow profitability.
