Senior Quality Control Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review requirements and specifications documents to ensure adherence to quality standards in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness.
• Create detailed, comprehensive & well-structured test plans and test cases.
•  Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, and monitor testing bugs.
• Verify that implemented software meets the business requirements.
• Review, test, and support your teammates pull requests.
• Improve and build upon our test suite, test guidelines, and testing culture.
• Ability to take initiative in suggesting and completing test plans.
• Suggest improvements to user stories and UX.
• Recommend and integrate new testing tools/frameworks to increase our productivity and coverage.
• Suggest solutions to problems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.
• Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies as you need to gain a deep understanding of performance, accessibility, and security testing.
