Job Description
Will be responsible for Warehousing and all the logistics operations.
- Plan, develop, organize, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of an organization’s supply chain.
- Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans.
- Identify potential projects to deliver changes and improvements.
- Identify the factors causing contingencies with supply chain operations using the appropriate problem solving and investigation methods.
- Ensure the organization delivers valued service to the business, quality goods and services, on-time and at competitive costs.
- Develop and implement new(adjusted) logistic processes, systems and procedures.
- Manage all the activities around receiving goods, inventory control, distribution and all other logistic related activities Taking care of the production plans(day/week/month).
- Daily operation of the sales planning distribution of products through the branches
- Alignment about delivering conditions (package, delivery times, etc.).
- Makes sure that package materials and other consumables are always available.
- Measure and when necessary improve productivity Leads the Warehouse employee(s).
- Apply Lean management system across all DC’s W/H’s and Managing the branches W/H’s utilization
- Complying with All Health and Safety Requirements, HKI reports, Risk Assessment, near Miss cases, fire-fighting training.
- Manage the Fleet Team in 3 plants against the required daily shipments from plants to all Branches and percentage of loading for Each supplier.
- Manage Raw material transfer from Hub to the factories and Vic versa.
- Renewal the contract of the 3rd party of transportation and choose the new suppliers.
- Setting the calculations of the annual rental Budget against the new and expected branches VS. Sales forecasting.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc supply chain management, logistics or business administration or Equivalent.
- 7- 10 years of experience with a relevant concept, minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management preferable in distribution sector & FMCG, Manufacturing field.
- CPIM or CSCP Certificate is required.
- Good Knowledge in FMCG industry is a Must.
- Very Good command of English language spoken and written.
- Microsoft AX (ERP System) Knowledge is a big plus.
- Strong leadership & Decision Making capabilities.
