Job Description
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling execution.
- Assigning staff.
- Allocating resources.
- Assessing risk.
- Managing Risks.
- Coordinating the various components which contribute to the project as a whole to ensure they are being delivered on time.
- Ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Updating staff and keeping all interested parties in the project informed of progress and any issues which may arise.
- Act as the Leader of the project in case of PM unavailability.
- Use software tools to document and follow up on project activities.
- Support in creating plans and follow up on tasks.
- works with Senior Project Managers & Project Managers within the team; who may delegate some of their roles to him according to pressure in projects.
- Support in documentation.
- Work closely with the Professional Service Technical Team.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Proven success supporting project management and demonstrate full knowledge of the Information Security.
- Strong project management and implementation skills, in addition to effective client handling and ability to keep promises.
- Capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
