Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Very good command of the English language
- Very good command of Microsoft Office programs ( Word, Excel, …etc)
- Experience in Construction companies is preferred
- Working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM - 2 days off.
- Social and Medical insurance.
