Job Description
We are looking for a product-driven, thoughtful iOS Engineer who has ownership, strong attention to small details, understanding the mobile application industry, and most importantly, compassion to our end users. You will be dedicated to continually building new features for the thousands of people using our app every day.
- Having ownership, caring about the outcome of your work, and taking responsibility to build a good application, giving our users the best experience and best app to satisfy their needs.
- Build meaningful, large-scale, mobile-first initiative features (while squashing bugs) to improve the experience specifically for mobile users (this is still an open-ended problem here! Help us come up with great new ideas).
- Refine and continue to modernize our iOS app in Swift and Objective-C
- Decide which technologies are going to be used and define the overall architecture.
- Write clean, composable, and maintainable code as you develop world-class products for our users
- Write automated tests to build and maintain the product
- Do code reviews with your team members
- Optimization of application performance and improvement of stability; investigation of new technologies and investigation of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish the product vision and mission.
- Proactively drive and improve the technical direction of mobile, bolstering the technical foundation, improving performance, and re-architecting as needed.

- Having ownership and product mindset.
- +3 years of experience in developing and delivering real-world mobile applications
- Understanding of professional iOS development experience. Experience in both Objective-C and Swift is ideal. If you do not have experience in Swift, you must be open to learn and work on it.
- Proven ability to lead large mobile projects end-to-end from architecture to implementation and deployment. (please submit a link of your real-world product)
- Have an eye for visuals and pay attention to little details. Design skills are not required but you should be able to critique and verify the quality of existing designs.
- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
- Fluent English communication
