Job Description

The job of the quality manager : is primarily responsible for the quality of the products and services provided by the institution in a manner that meets the requirements of the customers, and the quality manager or the quality assurance director checks the final product to ensure that it was created by legal standards and meets the expectations of customers. Therefore, the job requires comprehensive knowledge of potential and current customers as well as competitors, determining the requirements of raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and the goal of the job is to help the reputation of the institution and by ensuring the ability of products and services

Job duties for the quality manager: -

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Creating and reviewing product and process specifications.
  • Determine requirements for raw materials and intermediate products for suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
  • Supervising managers, supervisors, and other employees and providing direction and instructions.
  • Supervising all product development procedures to determine errors and quality standards.
  • Monitor and check the final output and compare properties to requirements
  • Supervising approval or rejection of invalid products.
  • Maintaining the institution’s documents and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedures and analyzes.
  • Continuous evaluation of customers' reactions and the extent of their satisfaction with the products and services.
  • Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to higher management, to be constantly informed of opportunities for continuous development and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Maximum age of 40 years.
  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • High knowledge of Total Quality Management requirements.
  • High knowledge of quality certification requirements.
  • High capabilities in preparing quality requirements procedures and related forms
  • Good Quality Control experience.
  • Good planning experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in fast-food highly preferred
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Teamwork
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Planning
  • Fluency in English well, at least.
