Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Blé Sales Executive is responsible for achieving and exceeding Blé related sales goals and revenue through pro-active selling techniques, calendar/time management, and pricing strategy in accordance to the business plan. 

The Sales Executive will be a link between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, collection.

ROLE

  • Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within assigned territories in order to achieve a predefined sales target.
  • Enhance the data base and open new market.
  • Schedule appointments and regular visits with existing customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities.
  • Update customers’ accounts and database, for future sales, credit and collection.
  • Follow-up on the collection with customers then reports to Sales Manager and receivables unit on status.
  • Follow-up with concerned party for delivery status.
  • Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
  • Update customers on a regular basis regarding all product changes and modifications.
  • Negotiate and finalize prices with customers and obtain sales manager approvals on low prices orders before closing the deal.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to set the credit limit profile for each customer with respect to his payment and order requests history, so that customer can be granted payment facilities.
  • Initiate customer complaints form on the system in coordination with the sales coordinator.
  • Update and submit daily and weekly reports on sales targets. 

 

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • Min 2-3 years’ experience as F&B Sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills. 
  • Client Database in HORECA or Supermarkets and/or Bakery Distributors field is advantage
  • Bakery Product & Industry knowledge.
  • Professional Attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
  • Has a valid driving license

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in F&B or equivalent.
