Job Description
- Provides project scheduling and cost control support to department operations.
- Provides budget and administration support and internal controls within the Department and to interface between Finance and the various Departments for the consolidation of the department budget.
- Prepares and administers the tender documents and other related administrative procedures and documents as required.
- Provides cost engineering expertise and develops cost estimation for the projects.
- Responsible for developing various cost estimates levels for various projects.
- Conducts cost analysis, cost control, and monitoring of the budget.
- Monitors cash flow & applies the necessary modifications if any.
- Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties. - Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan.
- Establishes and implements methods for determining activity duration's within assigned disciplines or specialties.
- Develops quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines/areas or specialties.
- Reviews and approves invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience with large construction or consultancy firms.
- Previous experience in Planning & Cost Control is a must.
- Primavera
- AutoCAD
- Excellent Microsoft package users.
