Technical Office & Sales Support Engineer

Job brief:

We are looking for a Technical sales and tendering Engineer to provide enterprise-level

assistance to our sales department, and be responsible for studding power Generators

tenders technically and commercially, also to prepare all needed submittals and attend

the required competition sessions. customer inquiries, concerns and suggestions,

support engineers may focus on issues brought up by other departments within their

the company, such as sales, manufacturing and operations.

Key Skills for Technical support Engineer:

• Researching technical issues and find applicable solutions.
• Managing and processing customer orders with Very Good Communication.
• Obtaining local suppliers for required installations of Power units.
• Visiting key customers to provide technical presentations and sales discussions.
• Learning about product updates and new technologies.
• Preparing price offers as per customers' requests.
• Additional responsibilities may include taking action to resolve problems, troubleshooting, answering phones calls, and responding to e-mails.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on startup and commissioning
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Coordinate After sales requirements in offers with after-sales department (spare parts – maintenance contracts - …).
