- Job Summary
- Acquisition Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the Fast-Contracts Acquisition team by owning the overall acquiring and onboarding process for the F&B supply deals.
Job Description (Accountability and Responsibility to the role) - Understand the Egyptian market, Supply-tech ecosystem & work on strategic plans in collaboration with the Acquisition Manager to increase and maintain consistency on partner acquisition.
- Manage lead generation process, sales pipeline management and fair allocation of leads within the acquisition team.
- Execute the acquisition plan for the Product.
- Monitoring acquisition team performance, supporting with meetings, deal closure and onboarding process.
- Ensuring individual and team target achievement every month, in line with the OKRs of the country.
- Enabling and supporting complex acquisitions; dealing with large chains, international brands.
- Create, maintain reports & dashboards for daily, monthly tracking of performance metrics whilst regularly sharing progress with the Acquisition Manager.
- Ensuring team’s compliance on Salesforce, CRM, Sales process tools.
- Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.

- Basic Skills:

- 5+ Years in Sales field, at least 2+ years’ experience in leading teams. (preferably in start-ups focused on F&B industry, Ecommerce platforms).
- Very Good command of spoken & written English,
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Possesses a strong desire for success in selling and being passionate about it.
- Ability to work outdoors.
