Job Description
- Servers management, Active Directory, File and Print Services, DHCP, DNS, Backup Solutions.
- Networking Services, Switches, Wireless, Firewall and Security
- Daily System both Performance and operational Checkup for business continuity.
- System Maintenance proactive Actions
- Escalation management with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage Communication with other application parties to facilitate their requirements and integration required.
- System upgrade, virtualization, and migrations.
- Cloud Services Administration and renewal management.
- Surveillance systems
- New systems & projects researches & development
- End user Support environment, Windows, Office, and standard Applications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
- MCSE, CCNA, etc.
- Flexible and open approach.
- Giza residents are highly preferable.
