Job Description
- Creates, update and implement the curriculum, 10-month plan, weekly lesson plan, and assessments according to NG standards.
- Implements creative teaching styles that best support the different needs/levels of students
- Implements and updates classroom centers creatively and regularly.
- Regularly assesses students' learning by using multiple forms of formative and assumptive assessment
- Analyses and creates measurable action plans to enhance students' performance.
- Uses critical thinking as an approach teaching.
- Uses positive classroom management to implement a pleasant and courteous learning environment
- Uses school technology platforms (school e-mail, shared folder, smart board, learning management system.
- Participates effectively in staff meetings and professional development plans.
- Follows through on all assigned school duties proficiently and punctually.
- Efficiently implements skills related to professional development plans and takes responsibility for personal development.
- Maintains professional and prompt communication with students, parents and staff.
