Logistics & Fleet Supervisor

Follow-up and align with the sales plan, distribution system and multiple on-site storage facilities. Ensure that the customers receive the shipments on the agreement date and quality. 

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of Logistics to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
• Coordinates the logistic activities and staffing contribute with warehouses and stores including the receipt, storage and distribution of equipment, materials, parts and supplies.
• Coordinates and reviews the work plan of logistic for assigned staff; assigns work activities and projects; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
• Provides assistance in warehouse space utilization; designs facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency; makes recommendations as appropriate; analyses utilization of materials and equipment by departments; develops delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
• Prepares and presents staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary to presented to the Logistics Manager.
• Review and revise the DLSS (Daily Logistic Summery Sheet) report with Oracle application. Follow up with the customers that all the shipments received in the agreement date.
• Follow up and solve problem facing with the customer shipment driver.
