Job Description

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and managing the reception desk.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handle courier services and coordinate the deliveries.
  • Do the filing work and assist the office manager in administration activities.
  • Organize meeting room schedules for all departments. 
  • Book business travelling and accommodation.
  • Organize company events or conferences.
  • Order stationery and grocery.
  • Supervise all the work of administrative staff.
  • Manage office budget and prepare daily expenses reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Presentable.
  • Attention to details .
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude
