- Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
- Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and newcustomers.
- Supervise the shift and completing all assigned duties , with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
- Lead & Supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed aboutthe latest changes in the real estate industry.
- Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales.
Job Requirements
- Fully aware of real estate market in EGYPT now
- Experience: at least 3 years in the real estate sales field
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree at least
- Having a car is preferred
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Presentable
- Having the ability to create & lead the sales team
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Gender: Any
- Max age is 35
- Ability to work under pressure.
- MS Office familiarity
- Able to achieve sales targets
