Job Description

Work directly with the Managing Director to complete the following tasks:

  • Organization-wide coordination
  • Tasks follow-up and monitoring
  • Meetings' creating, coordination, and followup
  • Designing and supervising periodic managerial reports
  • Close supervision of the organization's administration

Job Requirements

  • Business Administration Bachelor degree
  • Deep interest in Management theory and ability to apply them in reality
  • Ability to represent the Managing Director in internal meetings
  • Previous experience in more than one of the following disciplines is a strong bonus (Human Resources - Accounting - Information Systems/Technology - Financial Management - Office Management)
  • Good awareness and adaptation of computer systems.
  • ‘Do it’ attitude - task ownership - accurate reporting - excellent followup skills
