Job Description
Work directly with the Managing Director to complete the following tasks:
- Organization-wide coordination
- Tasks follow-up and monitoring
- Meetings' creating, coordination, and followup
- Designing and supervising periodic managerial reports
- Close supervision of the organization's administration
Job Requirements
- Business Administration Bachelor degree
- Deep interest in Management theory and ability to apply them in reality
- Ability to represent the Managing Director in internal meetings
- Previous experience in more than one of the following disciplines is a strong bonus (Human Resources - Accounting - Information Systems/Technology - Financial Management - Office Management)
- Good awareness and adaptation of computer systems.
- ‘Do it’ attitude - task ownership - accurate reporting - excellent followup skills
