Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to build and maintain integrations with the CRM Platform
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap in collaboration with IT leadership.
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years’ of working experience with web development using C# and .NET.
- 2+ years’ of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities including plugins, scripting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET development using C#.
- Demonstrated proficiency with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML.
- Experience with the CRM API, web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
- Experience of integrating CRM and other applications.
- Experience with SQL Server
- Troubleshoot and bug fix existing solutions.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
Preferred Competency Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
- Experience across SSIS, SSRS.
