About the Job
- Caduceus Lane is now hiring professional project management officer who are assigned to effectively lead and direct cross-functional teams through a dynamic professional environment.
- You will be responsible for planning, execution and effective communication with managers and peers to prioritize project flow and meet deadlines.
- Essentially, project officers are accountable to reviewing and managing all aspects of the projects to facilitate delivering with optimum productivity and standard quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, ensure and communicate with key account managers for clear understanding of the project framework, content and strategy.
- Monitoring the progress of multiple projects closely and simultaneously with analytical and critical insight for evaluation and adjustment
- Effectively organize and follow up for delivering projects on specified timelines
- Coordinate between the project team members while working closely to ensure progress, performance and meeting quality needs.
- Pro-actively influence the team to develop and achieve results with quality standards
- Setting priorities and assigning tasks
- Review and evaluate the outcomes and quality of the completed projects
- Assist with defining the project scope, allocated resources and task goals.
- Integrated collaboration and coordination among different departments and key responsible professionals across different functions.
Job Requirements
- Dally a science of pharmacy graduate with possible further project management and/or marketing qualifications.
- Experience in project management and/or health care marketing.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor in Pharmaceutical sciences.
- Fluency in English language is a must
- Professional flexibility is necessary to meet changing business needs
- Ability to work in virtual teams and Matrix environment
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and policies governing information provision
- Sound negotiation and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with external experts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working in marketing, project management or advertisement for the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry experience is an asset
- Strong academic PMP record or project management experience is a plus
- Artistic or creative skills is a core value
