Job Description

  • Manages the operational activities of the brand to ensure improvement across all KPIs
  • Develop the brand/category strategy in line with the Company objectives.
  • Monitor and report regularly, on brand performance, on all relevant KPIs, providing a clear view of the brand situation, taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Obtains detailed knowledge of the market, consumers and the consumers’ experience with the brand, across all touch points, through research, market and in-home visits and environmental monitoring and surveys.
  • Sets annual plans to grow and improve all the brand’s KPIs and provide detailed reports on their performance and analysis of areas of improvements and takes corrective actions.
  • Plans and oversees the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities to achieve the brand objectives.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with sales team to align consumer and trade activities to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.
  • Cooperates with R&D team to create an ideas funnel for the brand/category and moves it towards realization in the form of innovations and/or product improvements.
  • Coordinate operational and planning activities with the relevant stake holders to ensure the achievement of the brand/category plans.
  • Coach and supervise the subordinates to ensure that all functions are performed effectively and establish a strong second line.

  • Brand/Category NPS (monthly/Quarterly/annually)
  • Brand/Category Profitability
  • Return On Marketing Investment

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing/ preferably in FMCG/Food businesses
  • B.sc. in Business Administration/Communication
  • MBA is a Plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and English
  • Work Environment :
  • 60% Office Work & 40% regular visits to factory, market, advertising agencies, etc.
