Job Description
- Oversee the implementation of the assigned tasks according to the technical specifications of the project and the timetable.
- Prepare the requests of the required materials for the project operation (personnel/material/equipment) as well as the preliminary arrangements for the implementation according to the timeframe to ensure the non-stop functioning.
- Set all the arrangements for the sub-contractor to ensure the completion of assigned business.
- Manage and distribute business to the work-site team (such as Engineers, Supervisors, Surveyors, etc. ....).
- Coordinate between the execution team concerning the stages of implementation/machinery/equipment/materials and the commitment not to exceed the accepted depreciation
- percentage for materials.
- Commitment to follow the operating and equipment maintenance processes in the site according to the operation and maintenance policies.
- Ensure that the implemented works comply with the technical specifications for the project quality.
- Assess and solve any problems that may arise during the implementation within his specialization.
- Coordinate between the executive team and the Technical Office.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluate the executing business by each of the subcontractors
- Distinguish the material/equipment that is non-conforming with the contract documents and follow-up examination materials/business
- Follow up the executing works according to the timeframe and the approved estimated budget according to the monthly reports and refer it to the manager to take corrective action if needed.
- Follow-up work program issuance in case of delay in the implementation of programs designed in advance
- Commit to the planned training and work on delivering the information to the team.
- Commit to the action plan in terms of schedule and quality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a site engineer
- Technical knowledge in infrastructure works (Networks)
- Knowhow of Project Management concept is preferable
- Good English Language
- Excellent Computer Skills
