Job Description

A company industrialized in Oil&Gas and Safety Solutions is hiring an Office Manager in Egypt.

Job Description:

  • Manage all corresponding related to (Request For Quotes “RFQ”, Tenders, following up receivables…etc.).
  • Arrange meetings such as face to face online interviews.
  • Communicate effectively with the company different functions.
  • Following up filing systems.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • English skills: Very Good command speaking & writing.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft package.
  • Education Level: B.Sc. of commerce or equivalent.
  • Working schedule: 5days/week. 8h/day.
