A company industrialized in Oil&Gas and Safety Solutions is hiring an Office Manager in Egypt.
Job Description:
- Manage all corresponding related to (Request For Quotes “RFQ”, Tenders, following up receivables…etc.).
- Arrange meetings such as face to face online interviews.
- Communicate effectively with the company different functions.
- Following up filing systems.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- English skills: Very Good command speaking & writing.
- Computer skills: Microsoft package.
- Education Level: B.Sc. of commerce or equivalent.
- Working schedule: 5days/week. 8h/day.
