Job Description

  • Takes responsibility for establishing, prioritizing, and overseeing the work performed by squad(s) to ensure the final product achieves its potential
  • Collate requests for product features, scheduling upcoming releases, and — in Agile environments — coordinating sprints.
  • Define the product backlog and create actionable user stories for the development team.
  • Groom and prioritize the work in the backlog
  • Engage with development teams to commit backlog items to sprint deliverables
  • Work with development teams to address questions / concerns during sprints and monitor the
  • implementation progress.
  • Accept the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria.
  • Advocate and manage the value of the product release
  • Lead and communicate the release plan
  • Discover & validate real customer and business value.
  • Set the needed processes to reduce the uncertainty that the product will succeed in the market.
  • Have an eye for innovation and a natural flair for knowing what consumers want.
  • Own end-to-end experience for current users, from conception to launch to analysis, with a goal of building
  • Loyalty and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Identify and build strategies to leverage new technologies, platforms, and channels to reach and engage
  • our audiences
  • Collaborate with brand leads and creative strategy to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Measure the success of the launched feature and invest on the continuous improvement of the product

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in tech environment (SDLC awareness is a must)
  • Ability to collaborate globally and work cross-functionally with other teams
  • Highly analytically and data driven with ability to surface actionable insights from large data sets
  • Detail-oriented mindset and good planner.
  • Agile and fluid marketer with test and learn mindset to rapidly iterate on learnings
  • Strong ability to build roadmaps, assess priorities and multi-task
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
