Job Description
- You will lead or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between.
- You will participate in designing software architecture and implement critical software tools for our different platforms.
- You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills.
- You will design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems while staying within constraints.
- You will use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible.
- You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients.
- Efficiently utilize DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software.
- Apply a variety of languages to your work and continue to code alongside Developers; you will never go post-technical in this role.
- Carefully analyze the details of all the work.
- Set targets and expectations for the team.
- Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
- Maintaining the account of time and also reporting regularly of own work.
- Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
- Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfil the requirement of system
Job Requirements
- +2 years of experience as a Tech lead
- +7 years of experience as a Back-end developer
- Experience with programming languages like Java or PHP
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
- Completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.
