Job Responsibilities:
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
- Producing attractive and effective designs for all media.
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback.
- Liaising effectively with other team members.
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and project.
- Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
- Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
- Incorporate changes recommended by clients or managers into final designs.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-year experience as a designer
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related discipline is preferable
- Strong knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, After Effects and Premier
- Team Player who has a flexible and organized approach when working in a team
- Excellent communication skills to interpret clients' briefs
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
- Organized and have time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
- Effective networking skills to build contacts
- The willingness to listen to feedback and utilize it constructively
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- Working on social media designs for well known brands is a plus.
