Job Description
-Follow and adherence to all planning department Policies, Procedures, working instructions, Change Controls.
-Follow all Planning processes to meet customer expectations in coordination with Sales, Export, Production, , Quality, New Products.
-Execute Annual, Quarter, Monthly, Weekly Production Plans to satisfy all types of Sales Demand (Local, Export, Samples, Tender).
-Identify all outstanding issues that impacting products delivery to customers (Materials Shortage, Capacity Constrains, Toll out issues.
-Release Materials Requirements Planning to be forwarded to departmental head for review and approval.
-Release processes orders to production as appropriate .
-Creating, Updating, Deactivating master data (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Bulk, Semi Finished, Samples, Tender, Export accurately on SAP in coordination with Quality Assurance.
-Creating, Updating, all BOM levels on SAP as per QA authorized and signed documents.
-Follow up Materials deliveries, receiving , quality releases .
Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering or any relevant
-Experience required from (5 : 10) years or above in the same role including at least 2 years in Sup./SH. Level
-Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
-Experience in data analysis and reporting .
-Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must .
-SAP User is mandatory .
-Supply Chain Demand planning Certificate is a plus.
-6th October city resident and nearby are preferred .
