Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website and coordinate IT-related updates.
• Plan and execute company print materials, brochures, and product catalogues.
• Handle corporate giveaways and branded materials.
• Organize and support internal and external company events.
• Collect and archive photos and videos from events and projects.
• Manage and update company social media accounts.
• Prepare and regularly update the company profile and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and external vendors to ensure high-quality output at competitive prices.
• Oversee and execute design requirements in collaboration with agencies.
