Warehouse Operations

Receiving

Receive incoming shipments and Inspect items as to quality and quantity against Packing List.
Prepare reports for any item not in compliance.
Follow up with foreign trade dep. to trace missing or damaged items.
Handle returns and exchanges.

Storing and counting

Follow up the unloading of containers, and physically handling items to storage areas.
Stock on shelves, or storage yards and insure FIFO rules.
Operates procedures of Packing, Labeling and Stock allocation.
Keep warehouse clean, safe, Secured and space organized.
Have an assisting role in periodic stock count.

Issuing

Preparing and completing orders for delivery according to schedule of Sales, Work and Delivery orders and Transfer requests.
Packing and prepares items for dispatch to clients.

Recording

Keep inventory current and accurate.
Recording all stock transactions on ERP System and manually.
Update ERP system which includes all receipt details, location of the item, item code etc.
Assisting in Stocktaking process.
Performs any duties required from the Management.

Qualifications

University bachelor’s degree in Accounting or administrations from a reputable institution.
Has 2 - 5 years’ experience as Storekeeper (preferably in one of the leading Automotive companies or the Spare parts sector).
Having certificate (Warehousing Course..…etc.) is an advantage.
Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
Possess high reporting skills.
Knowledge of English descriptions of spare parts is a must.
Hard worker and ability to work under pressure.
