Job Description
Medicare is the first Health Maintenance Organization in the Middle East. Medicare's aims to provide the highest medical services through integrating and coordinating the relations between the various parts, health care providers, and our clients.
- Purchasing & inventory office (PIO) is under the direct supervision of an administrative manager.
- PIO assignments include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.)
- For this role, he/she should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most suitable offers in terms of cost & quality.
- HE/She Works in tagging new equipment, keeping inventory records of the equipment, completes paperwork necessary to record inventory information, and maintain inventory records.
- Assist the administration manager in office supplies renovation requests based on various departments' requisition orders compared to stock on hand.
- This is a full-time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and another incentive will be based on qualification and experience
Job Requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common reports, financial reports, and legal documents in both languages Arabic and English.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, or members of the company.
- Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups
