Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the Financial Controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. The candidate will be required to oversee overall business operations and provide training when/if required.

  • Work effectively with hospitality and medical teams to create periodic activity reports for management
  • Manage patient billing for out-of-pocket patients
  • Manage patient billing for insurance and corporate customers
  • Follow up in relation to cash collection from credit customers
  • Provide periodic financial reports for management and internal analysis
  • Process payments from customers/patients
  • Create period-over-period reports and root cause analysis for performance changes
  • Oversee accounting operations
  • Create periodic budgets for purchasing
  • Analyze financial data
  • Streamline accounting operations
  • Coordinate audit processes

Job Requirements

  • Maximum Age : 35
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, and/or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Males preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Available around the clock in case of emergencies
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in utilization of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphic presentations
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good ability to manage teams
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in English and Arabic
  • Ability to travel when needed
