Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

  • Determining, monitoring and buying all office supplies: stationary, cleaning and food & beverages.
  • Supervising and directing office housekeeping requirements including daily cleaning, plumbing and electrical repairs if needed, etc...
  • Following up on utilities payment.
  • Handling deliveries, couriers, mail, etc...
  • Following up on office equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Following-up on printing requirements.
  • Determining, ordering and following-up all office furniture requirements.
  • Interfacing with IT services for employees IT issues and requirements.
  • Handling all internal and external communications.
  • Assisting the Top Management.
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, including taking minutes of meetings where needed.

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent command of Arabic and English. French an asset.
  • Excellent command of MS Word, very good command of MS Excel.
  • Very good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage, direct and supervise people.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Car owner an asset.
