Job Description
- Setup and update organizational structure as per business requirements.
- Job analysis and job description creation and regular updating
- Identification of job specifications and updating when required
- Job evaluation and grading
- Performance management system execution ,oversee overall Appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable.
- Devise KPIs with managers and data gathering and reporting
- Participate in competency modeling &Implement employees’ satisfaction surveys.
- Follow up on execution and updating of the company policies and standard procedures
- Responsible to prepare/guide Manpower plan in coordination with Line Managers.
- Participate in training plan creation and execution and suggest improvements
- Perform and follow up on additional tasks relevant to the role as required
Job Requirements
- University Degree ,HR Diploma from a reputable university is a must
- Minimum 5-years experience in HR, including 2 years’ experience in OD is a huge plus & preferably in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.(Excel, PowerPoint , Word & Visio )
- Language: English ( Very Good )

- Able to manage a varied workload
- The initiative to work on your own or as part of a team to meet the deadlines.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
